How to organize PDF pages
Load a PDF, rearrange the page cards, rotate or delete pages, and optionally add another PDF. The final document follows the exact logical order displayed in the workspace.
How reordering works
Drag handles support pointer/touch reordering when SortableJS is available. Move Previous and Move Next buttons provide a keyboard-friendly alternative and update the same page model.
Rotate and delete pages
Rotation is stored as a real page transformation and applied when the output PDF is created. Deleted cards are removed from the page model, so they cannot reappear in the downloaded document.
Combine pages from different PDFs
Add Another PDF loads a second source and appends its pages to the workspace. You can then interleave pages from different source files before saving.
Undo and redo
The organizer stores compact snapshots of page references, order and rotation state. Source PDF buffers are not duplicated for every history step.
Document-level limitations
Creating a new PDF from copied pages can change or remove bookmarks, digital signatures, attachments, complex forms and other document-level relationships. Reorganizing a signed PDF can invalidate existing signatures.
Troubleshooting
If a very long PDF is slow, wait for visible thumbnails rather than scrolling rapidly through the entire grid. Encrypted or damaged PDFs must be unlocked or repaired first.
